Discrimination

In fact I feel a little confusion for the word discrimination. I know there is lot of discrimination in the world. Those things are almost happen in development nations. Such as some kinds of diseases; for example, if someone get HIV or AIDS they often under the discrimination. They will get harder life than health people in the modern society. Because of the disease, some people will be afraid of them and far away from them. The reason for this situation is that for this disease we still have no complete solution today and it is a communicable disease. Therefore, what we can do? How to perish those discriminations? It becomes a huge problem in our world.

Research Project: Vampire~

I was so happy that I could finish my paper which is about Vampire. I sill remember at first time that Sherry asked us to write something we learn in our paper. However, I didn’t write a lot because I don’t know what else I can write, and I didn’t get a lot of information to write 13 pages! But now, I finished my paper, and I tried to do my best I can. For research paper, I find that the most difficult thing is not writing but reading and paraphrasing. My paper talks about the vampire, and if you try to find some or read some books about vampire, you will find that it is really difficult to paraphrase from the old book. In fact, I was so confuse when I began to writing. I just felt that vampire is unreal and cool before I started my writing. However, now, I finished. I learnt a lot from writing my paper. I was so surprise about the middle age of Europe, because people believed that the vampire was real in the world, and people lived in the confusion because of vampire. That is amazing! Actually, for my paper, I really learn a lot, it is not only about vampire, but also the background of the middle age of Europe. That is really interesting for me.

Population

During these years, China has a really big changing. The rural area begin to dwindle. In fact, urban sprawl is become a new problem in China. In order to develop our country, China costs a lot of energy and time. To be honest, every coin has two sides. In China, we get a big success in developing of country, but the nature environment become more serious than before. However, the government tries to find out the solution for the air pollution or other kinds of pollutions. I believe that we can do them well.

Furthermore, as we know, nowadays, China becomes a big country. It is not only means a huge ground, but also has a large population. At the end of 2008, Chinese population is almost 13.28 hundred million. It is 20% by world’s population and 33% with Asian population. That is a really big number. I remember that I have a classmate who comes from Arabia; she asked me, “Do Chinese students really prefer Concordia and Montreal? Why I always see the Chinese guys around the stress or Concordia’s buildings?” When she asked me this question, I really don’t know how to answer it. In fact, in Montreal, the Chinese guys are less than other big cities in Canada, like Toronto or Vancouver. Nowadays, there are 55 thousands Chinese international students studying in Canada. In order to control the Chinese population, Chinese government makes a law to solve this problem which named Planned Parenthood. In China, the children whose age around 20 to 25 years old, it means that they are only one child in their families. Also we named the family the normally family. But for the older people, like our grandparents they have different situations from us. For example, in my family, my grandparents have five children; it means that my father has two brothers and two sisters. For me it is a really big family. If I have my own family in the future, I think two children for me are enough. Older brother and younger sister is perfect; the younger sister will like a small sweet candy in my family ^0^

ANIMAL EXPERIMENT

I support the animals testing. Animal experiment is barbarity for those animals but it is necessary to the people who really need help. From the video, 5700 people die from AIDS every day, and 7.6 million people died from cancer in the world during 2007. Therefore, medical experiment is the only way to help this people. However, for those people who want to save their life, the animals testing is only one way for them. Sometimes, human have no choice to do some cruel things. This video show us the easiest way to know that we have no choice if we want to save our lives.

Is it worth it?

My mother always says to me: many times in your life whether a thing is worth doing or not really depends on how you look at it. So why not take up your all courage to do, than you may not regret not doing it later in your life? So, now, I just want to do something as possible as I can do~~~
= = don’t worry about it, I just want to say something and get some energy.
